Ther emust be a certain amount of "reality" to the show. I've looked up some of these places and they are out of business.

Most of these have a pretty common theme- "I suck at managing".

What always gets me is how filthy the kitchens are and how the owner and GM are like "what do you mean you have to clean grill vents?"
