All new dads should ask to have a genetic test done immediately after birth. Legally by severing ties as quickly as possible if she a ho, provides the best chance for success in the legal world.
Even then you could get screwed.

This sort of thing really, really, really bothers me.
Men are at the bottom of the totem pole. Especially white men (no racism, just an observation).
Related: It bothers me that women want equal treatment in regards to the workplace, jobs, etc, but then they complain about the lack of chivalry in the world. Pick one or the other. You want to be treated like a man, but also pampered? Doesn't make sense to me. frick the pedestal.

If he thought his they were his kids for 12, 14, and 16 years, then he's a pos for not supporting them

Pretty much. Hell, if I were in shoes I use that as a reason I'd want full custody, not be looking for a reason to abandon them financially.

There is a huge difference between him making the decision to pay for kids that aren't his and the legal system forcing him to.

Meh. I don't know about that. You don't think this man's world is ruined right now because he just found out these 3 girls aren't his for all of these years? Also, the court said he must pay, but I never read anything in that article that said he wasn't going to pay anyway.

Just to throw it out there, if you look up affiliation under Louisiana law you will see how this is possible. These laws are set up to protect the children by having somebody support it. Unfortunately, some people can't function in a civilized society and the law can't cover up these people being animals so stuff like this can happen.

I don't know what I would do if something like this happened to me. I would be tempted to quit my job and to go become a hobo. They can't get any money out of me if I don't have any to give. I would definitely lose my mind for at least a little while.
