First off let me say I'm on my phone so I can't d./l the cook book. Can someone please post a recipe for stuffed backstrap (venison) I remember seeing one with cream cheese and jalepenos ...thanks in advance!!!

Ingredients - backstrap, creasm cheese, jalepenos. Really not much more you need to know. That should cover it. You're welcome.
