What time of day does TD typically experience the most traffic?

In the mornings, around lunch time, and in the afternoons around 4:30 or so.

As someone who is on here day and night, I'd agree with the above about 10am-1pm. It dies for an hour or so when people get off of work and drive home, then picks up again at about 6:30-ish.

Late afternoon does suck, but there is a lot of commotion before people start getting off. I'm not on at night, but I've heard it's slow.
