I know you can use your last paycheck from December, but just for shits and giggles. who still hasn't received them from their employer?
Every year my company applies and receives an extension and doesn't mail them out till the end of the third week of the begining of the fourth week of Febuary. I'm lucky if I ever get it before March.
Anyone else have this problem?

Not sure if I've got my W2 yet but my tax letter doesn't come til the end of Feb.

I got mine on 1/31 & filed my taxes that day. I had all my information before hand and my taxes filled out on turbotax but wanted to wait until I got my official W2 to file. I was only off my $.02 on Fed taxes

I haven't received mine. Oh wait. I'm the one they come from.
My employees have their W2's. Just have mine left to do.

What kind of trouble, if any, can an employer get in if they haven't given W2s to employees yet and didn't apply for an extension?
