Anyone else check this out?

i really liked it but i'm a jim jeffries fan.

while it has its share of lewd humor (which i'm sure is what most sign up for when they watch it) there really is a heart to this show. it's also nice to see DJ qualls getting work as well.

i doubt it'll hang around b/c it doesn't seem anyone is watching but i thought the first two episodes were solid.

yeah, that's kind of why i have been watching.

it's a decent show. i like the whole premise of jeffries becoming more mature while remaining immature, if that makes sense

I watched the first episode, but missed the second one. I enjoyed it.

i watched them both early this week. my wife watched them both last night. she wasn't on board halfway through the first episode, by the end of the 2nd she was.

yeah it's written well, i feel the jokes are actually based off the story instead of the other way around which happens a lot when a stand up gets a show.

JJ's convo with the homeless guy (about himself) and then qualls on the bridge was some good tv.

Huge JJ fan and was pleasantly satisfied with the first two episodes. It's pretty much everything I expected it to be.

I watched both and haven't bought into it. The laughs are too far and few.

It's not going to make it. The dialogue in the pilot is a word for word adaptation from his stand up.

I think it's poorly cast as well and being as big of a fan of JJ as I am, he's missed a lot of spots to expand on the story and throw in some semblance of a natural story arc. It just felt like they rushed through the pilot ep.

I've not seen the other eps yet, so hopefully it will improve but generally if a comedian's show doesn't have it's own voice or it's own legs for telling a story then it's doomed.

I've seen him at Vic's a few times (he lives across the street). Good peoples.

Stuck around after Archer to watch tonight's episode and enjoyed it quite a bit. Will tune in next week.

haven't watched 3rd episode on DVR yet, but i think eventually it might get cancelled due to lack of audience. archer's a good lead in though.

do you watch Louie? i do and feel the same way sometimes but i'm a fan of his show. of course, the major difference is legit has a running storyline.

if you dislike louie, then yeah i would think this might not be your cup of tea.

I'm loving it after three episodes. FX is so hot right now.

Actually met him at Lucy's Thursday afternoon. Real nice guy. Told me to watch Legit, I hadn't heard of it till he talked about it.

Just watched the 1st 2 episodes. Actually thought it was really funny. Going to keep watching for sure.
