So how much would it cost to buy the whole thing? I'm thinking buy it and subdivide an sell each piece off to the neighboring countries. Should be easy enough, no?

Great economist article this past week. Because inflation of the Zimbabwean currency is so high, nearly all commerce is conducted in tangible US dollars. However because US coins are so scarce nearly all change is given in chocolate or other sweets. Just now they are beginning to use mobile phone minutes as a form of currency. Shopkeepers who can transfer minutes now have a competitive advantage.
