Someone give me an idea of what to do to get in some sort of shape in 11 days. impromptu trip to colorado and might try and hit the slopes. totally not prepared. gonna hurt.

Do a lot of jumping jacks, sit-ups and push-ups and eat only yogurt.

It won't be that bad. I ski once a year or less and work out less than that. I handle it for the 3-4 days each time I make the trip.
I'm not fat, though. If you're fat, results may vary.

How in shape does one have to be to go skiing for a day? I don't workout, but eat pretty healthy and am slim/normal weight. I've never skied, but will likely be making my first venture of it in about a month or so.
