Both of those reforms run contrary to the Progressive agenda. They need guns in the hands of criminals in order to extoll legislation to remove ALL guns.
And they need poor people immigrating for votes.
It may happen, but the Libs will be drug kickin and screamin to act. My bet. Neither happens. Well...maybe some soft border control...with serious wailing on all the poor kin folk of the newly citizenized electorate.:lol
