I like this idea combined with the Dildo Board
Would be for people to do introduction threads and possibly a place for admins to move really crappy threads from posters like gaucho and owlfan and also with level one banned posters (aka penalty box).

I think the way it should work is that anyone can post there, but members relegated to the PB could only post there.

Yea, but there should/would be discretion on who is straight up banned and who is relegated to the penalty box.
PB should be for incessant trolls/alters. shite like that. Could be used as a warning for people toeing the line. People who would normally get a PM telling to knock off whatever they are doing get a 1-2 day stay in the PB instead.
