The wife is wanting to go horseback riding. Looking for a place to rent horses in the SE Louisiana area. I've seen Cascade Stables in Audubon Park, but wanted something closer to trail riding. Does anyone know of any places in the St. Francisville area?

Good people.My kid takes horse back riding lessons with Clifton. He's about as good as they come.

Theres a place in central called frazier stables i think.
Theres also russ mixon on liberty road.

has anyone ever used Cross Creek Stables in the St. Francisville area? They don't have a website, just a phone number.
