It seems Chris Christie is the only politician who is speaking his mind from either political party right now. But the Republicans seem to be the only party afraid of so many outspoken groups. The GOP also has to deal with Grover Norquist and his pledge against new taxes as well. The NRA is threatening all Republicans and Democrats with defeat if they vote against them. Christie seems to be the only politician who says what he feels without any regard to what any political party or outside group thinks or cares.
I'm starting to believe Chris Christie is our only way out of the mess we are in. Are we being fooled by Christie as well?

I think most Democratic senators who come from rural states will tell you the NRA will have nothing to do with their defeat if they vote 'yes' for an assault weapons ban.
