Has anyone gotten a security proofs message for their live account?
Long story short I can't log into my live account anymore so it won't even let me get on xbox live anymore to play on my name.
I just recently purchased a 12 month subscription too  .
Is there anyway to change the email if I can't log into the other email account?

If you have tried the live account password process, and still can't log in, you'll have to go here LINK it is their account recovery. Worst comes to worst, don't be afraid if you have to call them.

Yea, I had to call them a few weeks ago when I ran into some issues with adding a new subscription card. Actually spoke to a chick that spoke English and she bent over backwards to help me out
