I am by no means an expert, but in my opinion, nothing should happen or be said until after national signing day. All of these kids committed to these coaches, and I don't think it would be wise give any of these any reason to second guess.
That being said I do believe there needs to be some changes.

JJ9 and RS10 will be hired as co-OC. Ensminger will be officially hired as BBQ boy and paid by TAF directly.
