Let me know if you find the "like" and "RA" button as well.
But seriously, if you want to bookmark something on mobile, go all the way down to the bottom where it says "Desktop"... Click that and then bookmark.

Yea I get that. It's just really roundabout. I thought there might be a different way

I think they keep many of the "bell and whistle" features off the mobile version in order to maintain speed and load time performance.
Which is nice.
