Trying to find something to go with vodka. I know the arena has Pepsi product. Is there Sierra Mist?

No 7up there. That's the prior contract (DPSG).
Sierra Mist is the PepsiCo beverage in that class.

I'll ask.
The road trips coming up and All-Star break are all reasonable times to do some installations.

Pepsi doesnt want to spend the $$$ to install the fountains. They want to do bottles. Coke wanted to do the same.

I brought in some nice rum for the Golden State game (it was all I had readily available) and all I wanted was one damn cup of ice to mix it with. But because of the stupid only-bottles rule, I had to pour it into some shitastic Pepsi.

You can buy just ice (although it costs the same as buying a soft drink). Just get straight ice and cut tha' carbs.

The only place that would even entertain the idea of selling me a cup of ice was the mixed drink station. But they said I had to pay the $9.50 for a mixed drink just to have the cup of ice. They mentioned it was because of inventory issues.

Yeah, the vendors get their cups counted. If you get a leaky cup, it's very difficult to get them to understand that you would like to trade cups rather than just take a new one instead, irritating as that can be. It's one of their cost controls.
Also, I'm not sure they feel an obligation to help people not buy alcohol from them.
