Cool. Wife will be out setting up for a baby shower and her BFF (you remember her) is crashing at our place. Grandma is watching my daughter tomorrow while she's at the shower for some quality grandma/granddaughter time, so once she's down for the night I'm wide open till I at least tomorrow afternoon. Probably tomrrow evening. I'm gonna get lost in BF3, BLOPS2, Deux Ex, Dark Souls, GTA4, and possibly Dragon's Dogma and Undead Nightmare.

BC2 is still my fav, but i would have to agree with the big changes BF3 made. Solid with all their DLC. They are headed in the right direction if they stick to their roots. There isnt much you need to change with a game that already provides it all.

I think what works for them is they don't force a release every year. They put out a game and some DLC, then work on the new one for a couple years later and improve on things.
I liked BC2 a lot, just got in late and didn't get to play it much.

The maps are why i like BC2 so much. I like the Bf3 maps but they just dont compete. They had jungle maps, snow maps, maps in the dark and in the snow. They were just awesome.
