It seems like most southern people really hate Southern California so we just dont get it, but most people in the US thats their dream location.

I would personally rather live in Bunkie than LA.

Kentucky got the fire but I dont see 5 star studs flocking to UK. I mean every college campus has their fare share of hot chicks, SEC has won the most Championships in the BCS era. SEC has the money...does not compute. SEC puts tons of talent in the pros.

Lets be serious here....I would guess most of the 5 star guys are not worried about academics.

I doubt Kentucky's blue grass bud can compete with California shite. From a football perspective the sec can offer much more than usc, but let's just face it. Alot of people really wanna live in California.

And recruits not going to LSU/Alabama/florida don't care that the SEC won 7 titles in a row

I would post a picture to be a prick to the OP, but, I'm in a giving mood.

I'll take easy path to the pro's, great education/area, and hot women for $300 Alex.

Not to mention LA celebrity status and connections. It's a pretty easy sell to an 18 yo.

Not a big fan of area, run down neighborhood when I visited it felt like projects EVERYWHERE. Did not seem safe at all.

Hot women everywhere in the south with in my opinion higher quality. Easy path to pro's....SEC? Higher education I will give you, but again...I dont think that is what these guys are worried about.

I can see the Reggie Bush glory days...but damn how long can that last. Maybe I am just too old at 33.
