Does absolutely nothing. If it does and you dont have that tax stamp, 10 years in prison.
GSG sells one of their rifles with a fake suppressor. The ATF approved the design then later denied it because they realized that it actually did suppress the shot. Owners have 1 year to send their back for a replacement.
