Am I crazy? The guy from Shiny Toy Guns and Howard Jones sound alike to me.

I love Shiny Toy Guns and always thought they sounded like somebody else and could never put my finger on it... until recently.
Tell me I'm not crazy. OK - Especially here:
Howard Jones - The Prisoner
Shiny Toy Guns - Photograph (especially the last 50 seconds or so)

If you're talking about the timbre of their voices, then I don't think it's that close.
