Any of you deer hunters make your own deer sausage?

I've made it before, several years back, but I'm lookin for some good seasoning recipes to make it pretty spicy. Also I'm looking for the best place to get casing from.
Gonna make some green onion/jalepeno sausage and some pineapple/brown sugar ones too.
