he didn't come to help. He came in to say some posters act like kindergartens. I'm just curious what is inappropriate about a face with squinted eyes, a bloody nose, and no mouth. His post did nothing to help with that.

how does that suggesting help? it doesn't explain how an Admin came to the conclusion that it was indeed "inappropriate." Whether someone RA'd or not is inconsequential.

No it's not. An admin probably just revoked the image to avoid having to deal with repeated RA's from Kindergartener-like posters that found it inappropriate/offensive. They themselves might not have even found it to be so. It wouldn't be the first time it's been done.
