I think ABC will keep Happy Endings on long enough to give them a sydication deal. The network still seems to really love the show even if nobody else is watchig it

Cougar Town is awesome.

But this is horrible news. I really liked Apt 23 a lot. Krysten Ritter is really sexy to me for some reason, and agreed that JVDB is amazing in it.

ABC screwed with the order of the episodes by cutting the first season from like 13 to 8 and holding 5 eps over until Season 2, where they just threw them in haphazard screwing up any continuity that was going on.

I believe it was NBC who did the same think with Law and Order LA, which I liked. They killed off one of the main characters in the first four or five episodes, took a month long break, then he's back in the next episode.

Happy endings is terribly uneven. Damon Wayans Jr. and his neurotic wife are awesome. Penny and the gay slob are at the extremes, they either hit or miss hard. Elisha Cuthbert is pretty but not funny and Dave is a painful scene killer literally every time.

If I were an actor in Hollywood, I might skip sitcoms, Sci Fi on Fox, and anything on SyFy.

So you would skip paychecks, just because.

I don't think so. To get syndicated, you need to hit 88 episodes. They are sitting at 45 right now. Television is driven by ratings, and in this scenario, you're asking for almost two whole additional seasons from a show with very low ratings as it is.

While also in a precarious place due to its low ratings, Happy Endings will remain on ABC's Tuesday night schedule for the time being, airing back-to-back original episodes starting January 29.

I'm not too upset about Don't Trust the B getting cancelled, it was enjoyable but not a must watch, but I am extremely happy Happy Endings isn't getting canceled.

You people need to start watching that amazing show.

This is the same network that canceled Better Off Ted, but gave According to Jim 182 episodes.
