I agree. With all these defensive players getting fined for BS reason why shouldnt Brady be held to the same standard?

Absolutely he should be. He slid high and could have taken out Reed's knee. There is no reason for any qb to raise his leg up that high to slide

He was coming off the ground from a block diving in for a sack. He's either hits him low or doesn't do anything at all. I don't expect a defender to shut it down so he won't hurt the QB.

i think it all depends. you cant kick someone on purpose, its a personal foul. but in this case brady can argue he was bracing for a hit as he was sliding.
i realize it looked bad in real time, but im not sure it was malicious

Yeah I don't think he did it on purpose with intent to hurt anyone but damn if they are going to throw a flag for d lineman accidentally hitting a qb in the face mask than I think that one may have at least deserved a 15 yard penalty
