| Frozen duck breast ? (Posted on 1/21/13 at 7:25 pm)
Just found some duck breasts from last year in fridge. Thought I had cooked all but had one bag hidden. Never cooked any that have been frozen that long. Anyone done this? Thanks

As long as its not freezer burned it should be fine

I've cooked some that's been frozen for 3 years before. It's fine.
