First amendment:

We have a lot of conservatives on this board that claim to love the constitution. Surely they'll be against this, right?

This guy and Martha Stewart go to jail.. the people that caused financial collapse hide behind the masks of banks and corporations while getting bailed out, the opposite of going to jail.

I'm a strong conservative and I have a problem with them prosecuting him. Maybe put him on trial for illegal bestiality but the rest of it is perfectly legal if the women/men involved consented to it, no matter how disgusting.
And nobody is going to watch that shite (no pun intended) unless they actually want to so it isn't offending anyone. You have to actually search for that kind of gross material, not like it pops up in front of everyone faces on the internet.

Well obviously the founding fathers couldn't have predicted the invention of the internet, DVDs, and porn. We should let him do his fetish material in newspapers/magazine form only because that is all that existed in their time.
