His majesty King Barack I caused me to suffer


On September 12, the day after Benghazi, his majesty and most high King Barack I flew into Las Vegas for a fundraiser.

I was working that day and got off of work at around 5.

But since his royal highness King Barack I was having a fundraiser in the area, his royal court issued a decree to the Las Vegas delegation to shut down all roads and traffic so our king could get to and from the Cox Pavilion without any hesitance.

Meanwhile, peons and peasants like me were stranded in our vehicles in 105+ degree weather for 2 and a half hours waiting for them to re-open the roads for us lesser folk. I was stranded right next to the Brooklyn Bridge outside of New York New York for 2.5 hours in the swealtering heat. Didn't make it home until 7:45 and was extremely thirsty and near dehydration.

But I understand this was the sacrifice that I had to make to make sure King Barack I could get to and from McCarran in haste.

I live in a swing state, 5 mins from the main interstate in the state. The interstate was closed 4 times during the election for either barrack or mitt's convoys.

It was annoying as all frick.

I recall the same thing in 2008. It was also annoying.

I will say I don't think this is an obama thing, but more of a presidential thing. I am sure you don't fricking care, any reason to hate obama is a good reason for you, but just as an FYI.

When Obama came in, his rallies were at the Cox Pavilion, which is near the strip. Therefore I-15, the Strip, and 215 were all shut down. That is pretty much the main 3 roads in Las Vegas.

At least Romney had the decency to hold his event at Red Rock out in Summerlin, which is away from the city center of Las Vegas.

It's not an Obama thing, or a presidential thing as much as it is an "undecided voter" thing. And buy "undecided voter", I mean complete dumbass who statistics clearly show can be swayed by a visit to their state from either candidate spouting lies, platitudes and empty promises.

i am going to bet this is a demographic thing here. Obama won with the city of las vegas, and the unions there. They may not live near the strip but they work there.

Both of those fags held rallies at the end of the street I work on. Romney on the right, O'bama on the left.(looking north). One at a concrete plant, the other at a high school. Two weeks apart from one another. No where near downtown, Cox, or Redrock.
