| Morning Joe Debates Violent Video Games and Movies. (Posted on 1/16/13 at 5:54 pm)
This video illustrates how some liberals are as dug in on defending violent video games and movies as some conservatives are on defending the status quo on guns laws. LINK

Good. It is asinine to make new laws on either as a knee-jerk reaction.

Can someone cliff notes the clip. I'm guessing because it's MSNBC that the argument is over which Republicans to blame.

As a child we played 'Army' nearly every day. We had old M1s, grenades, mortar tubes, phones, bayonets, rucksacks, bandoliers, you name it we had it from the Army surplus store. None of us turned out to be some whack job that shot up innocents. Can you imagine parents buying and allowing their children to play w/ these things today. My father even made us a cannon. It's parenting and society. Crazy people have always and always will be around. This B.S. knee jerk reaction is typical to dupe the sheep into going along.

Joe Scarborough and Donny Deutsch got into a heated argument about the impact on children of violent video games and movies after Deutsch said that we should ignore a study that points to their negative impact on children and put 100% of the blame on guns. EDIT: Jump to 7:30 of this video. LINK

I xed MSNBC of my favorites list; haven't watched since the election. And won't be giving them any support. Screw Statism/Communism. Freedom rocks!

It's your loss. For folks interested in politics, Morning Joe has the best guest of all the morning shows, with guests from both sides of the political spectrum. In the videos that I linked, it's actually the liberal Deutsch who loses the debate and comes off as irrational and unreasonable, which is why I thought folks like you would be interested in watching them.
