this is how i feel exactly..#2 looks fine for what it is, but it looks too cheesy/cartoonish for my taste and what I was wanting for the board personally.

im guessing you meant #1..and emo? really?? Its black and white...like black and white movies and tv? It was ok for you to go "old school" with your gaming logo but when we go old school movies its emo?

8 bit is old school gaming but the gaming board still has nice colors to it. You can go old school without going emo. #2 might be a bit cartoonish but at least it won't make me depressed and want to jam out some 30 Seconds to Mars when I click on this board. JMO. No need to get defensive.

Im not defensive at all, sorry if it is coming off that way. I just dont see how something in B&W is depressing or emo. I see it as black and white era of movies, formal (black tie awards shows), and it just looks sleek..idk to each his own

I kind of get what he is saying. It kind of hurts to look at now, almost as much as it hurts to look at that jew star in the middle of the film reel.
