Is it legal to ship beer from Texas?

Yeah their the same, Good catch. I called Whole foods and they couldn't ship it so I was wonder if it was just the businesses that couldn't.

looking at thier website, most of the beer has been purchased in texas, with the closet place to br being galveston

have you tried calling them?

i want to try mad meg now

Called one in Dallas yesterday and they had over a case left. Yeah I'd like to try quite a few of them.

Due to TABC laws, businesses are really restricted when it comes to shipping to/from Texas.

Regulars folks though can ship to/from Texas without an issue as long as it's not an exorbitant amount.

They're not cheap, either $15 or $16

Yeah that's about what I was figuring, what you think about shipping for 5-6 bottles? If you wouldn't mind doin that many.
