Trolls are ridiculous on SnD black ops 2

When I'm not with my clan the amount of team killing trolls is sick and it gets aggravating....
Ways trolls do their thing
...Stand under your care package
...Throw concussion or flash bangs when spawning a new round
...Shoots u
...They got host and do it over and over
...They stand in a doorway and won't let u go by
...They trap u so u cant move
...They destroy ur equipment u put down
What else ?
I wish xbl could ban these idiots or change the rules somehow to prevent this....
Suggestions ?

Only in like the first 10 seconds. After that, it's fair game. I intentionally stand back at the beginning of every round because some fricktard is gonna throw concussion grenades. I see who they are and I team kill them. HC S&D is still full of idiots but I will take them out.

I'm not going to lie, I like the thrill of HC in any FPS. I like no map, I like more damage, I like tactical. I get it if some people don't like that, but I do. So I get what the HC players are getting at. You play that for a reason, thinking you can escape the childish retards, but it just makes it more prone for trolling.
