Only if you consider finishing his career as the San Diego Chargers Offensive Coordinator ranked #1 in the NFL as sucking. If so, then yes.
FWIW, the two years before that the Chargers offense was ranked 5th and 3rd. So it's not as if we're talking about a single outlier performance.
While with the Ravens, he still managed to guide a Joe Flacco led offense to a ranking in the top 3rd of the NFL this year.

i thought he was the baltimore offensive coordinator,,,,he passed too much when they shoulda been running.......college and pros are passing around failed has beens....How does monte kiffin and cam cameron keep getting jobs after sucking..
