I see people do it all the time

right click the emoticon
copy image url
hit img button, paste url, add a space, then "width=400"
(or whatever number you want)

There's a few ways to do that. A lot of these can be answered simply by checking someone's post history after you see them do it. The post history shows unformatted posts.

It's : blank: without the space. Circus Child made it show up unformatted as just blank as an Easter egg.
