I know several posters have said he's not going to make grades, but does anyone really know this? Just wondering if there is any hard evidence that his status is in jeopardy. Thanks SIAP.

I guess they are just playing the odds. He's failed to make grades twice.

The biggest piece of evidence is in the fact that since the summer he was scheduled to be an early enrollee and now he may not arrive until June due to grades.
Can't post anything more solid because its paysite info but he does have a few more classes left.

I read he has two classes he has to pass to qualif y and he is taking them next semester

I hope he makes it. Totally sucks that we may end up missing out on him and D'haquille Williams for their whole collegiate career b/c of grades. Both guys could be major game changers for LSU

He was supposed to come in this spring but failed 3 classes so he has to take all 3 over this spring. 3 isn't much but considering he just failed them, that's why people are skeptical. I want him very bad though in this class, we absolutely need a big WR target and he starts right away.

He was a 3 star guy out of Georigia. He's at a JUCO which means something was wrong coming out of HS,he tells us he will enroll early doesnt make grades. Is he that good?

Some idiots eating straw in north LA (Monroe) don't understand realistic observations. The kid hasn't made it twice, so that's a realistic observation not a negative one

Last I heard, if he passes all three classes, he can come in may. Probably has the ability to do okay in school, but clearly did not do so in the fall semester.
It is disturbing that a young man who has the opportunity to play for a major college football program, come in a play a major role(likely start), and elevate his chances at playing NFL ball, would neglect his studies at such a crucial time in the process.

I'd love to believe he's going to make it. But, reading between the lines, it seems like it's not happening.
This is a tremendous class, but Leslie was a guy who could have contributed immediately, IMO. Big loss if he doesn't make it.
