Crawfishing in the Basin

Does anybody know what the law is or how the rules work for putting out traps in the basin. Do the fisherman have leased areas or is it free range and you just mark your traps. Also are you required to have a commercial license in order to fish in the basin. I have about twenty traps and know some pretty cool areas where I think I could load up on some crawfish. I've seen a few traps back there before but was wondering whether there are any regulations or trespassing issues I may be violating.

Commercial or recreational?

I'd be doing it recreationally. Just to have a couple sacks to boil each weekend.

I'm fairly certain there relational limits are for no more than 35 traps and you must have the recreational license.
