What are the chances Miles hires a new OC this yr? His offense (read play calling) is losing the fanbase. Defense is always good & our offense goes from piss poor to mediocre week to week.

Save for a few on here, who think that just because you crave improved play calling and offensive management on gameday, that immediately means you want Miles fired.

I would support another raise for Miles if he hired an OC and promised not to assist, discuss, or influence any aspect of the offense with the players and other coaches.
