That is actually the OPPOSITE of declining. We got better every year until this year, when the only way to go up was #1.
LSU is not in decline unless you are simply comparing 2011, the best season in LSU's history, to 2012.

Well since CLM first 3 years 2005 #6, 2006 # 3, 2007 #1. Yea we have had a decline.
