RB's are no longer evaluated on their production as they used to be. Now they shy away from guys with too much tread on the tire unless they are a freakish specimen like Richardson. Lattimore has 2 injuries so perhaps that is not the best case, but Ware carried the ball 270 or so times. Compares vs. a guy who carried 800 times. Being one of a stable could be good in the long run.

I would think a lot of teams are scared to draft Lattimore. Very Unfortunate for him.

faster 40 + who can pass block will win out. I can easily see ware being a situational guy like jason snelling in atlanta, or a power back like mike leshoure in det.

Whoever drafts Lattimore it will be for 2014 season not 2013

Both will probably be late round picks or possibly even free agents

I'd be surprised if Lattimore gets drafted.

I think a team takes a chance on lattimore earlier in the draft than ware. He is a high risk right now, but if he returns to form he could be a franchise rb. I'd take a franchise rb in the 5th round.

Ware has a nice skill set because he can catch and block. There will be some interest, but it would not shock me if he is an undrafted free agent. The rb class is weak, which helps him, but I just don't see many teams going out to get a rb with the spread becoming more prevalent.

He is no Willis McGahee, who was round 1 even though he missed season.

Ware - better blocker and less injury risk. Lattimore still has to rehab his knee so now he's playing on 2 reviously injured knees.

I know Lattimore is a better runner, but the NFL is moving away from that and they need RBs who can pick up blitzes and pass block as well as run, catch, etc. Could be wrong, but I think the injury combined with Ware's ability as a pass blocker will get him chosen ahead of Lattimore.

i think that Adrian Peterson's accomplishments this year will go a long way in easing teams' fears about drafting someone with a lot of talent coming off of ACL surgery.

Ware will get drafted first because of his punishing running style, pass catching(i'm talking downfield catches were he had to leap), and blocking. He is a complete back but got a lil slower after he was suspended last year. Lot of teams are going 2 back with the second being the pass catcher. Also teams use more than one back because the starter is not good at pass catching. I think he could replace Leshoure or one of the Jags backs. Hell I bet GB takes a look at him because his pass catching is Richardson level.

He(Latt) had ACL surgey LAST year and lost a step and power(ADP increased both). He(Latt) tore 4 tendons in his knee and it twisted completely around. I don't know how you draft that unless you plan on sitting him a year or more.
