Mingo is a pass rushing fool with actually very good football instincts for being so raw still. You draft him, find a role for him, hopefully he beefs up just slightly more but you don't have to be 270 lbs to rush the qb these days.

JPP, according to Wiki, is 6-5 and was 270 at the combine...ran a 4.71 40. He had 6.5 sacks at South Florida the year he was drafted. I'm not sure Mingo will be as effective at 240 as a 4-3, down on the ground DE.
Sam is more of the JPP size and I'm sure Spags can coach him up.
Now, Justin Tuck was 6-4, 256 at the combine and rand a 4.62, 40. He is now listed at 268.
Just based on height, weight, and 40 time, I'[d take a chance on either, but my gut is saying Sam.

Michael Strahan's weight in the NFL was 255. Not sure what he was out of combine. He did okay for himself.
