This is exactly what happens when you consistently let the team down on the offensive side.
With defense saving Leslie's arse in all those close games, do you really blame or fail to understand why all these players are choosing to leave early.
They don't want to waste their talent with Miles for another year, they know he will keep doing the same things over and over again!!!

No, but some of these players have not had a good year and they are still choosing to leave early.
