Which school holds the record for most players drafted in one season?

I'm guessing the U in like 02, but that's just a guess.......

I can't see us setting a record. Maybe most underclassmen declaring ever. But we don't have a lot of senior NFL prospects do we? Most of the drafted guys will be the ones declaring.

Texas had 17 in 1984 apparently. keep in mind there were more rounds back then.

If so, LSU is gonna have a couple of average years coming up. With this years attrition leaving the team thin, more early entries will equal losses.

For the current 7 round draft I believe it is 2002 Miami with like 9. There were several early entries but I have no clue what the team EE record is.
Bama was teasing it last season with 5 in the first 2. Ended up with 8.
If you guys end up with 7 EEs, plus the Pot Possum, you guys may have the top draft class of all time. Hope not, that is big to recruits. All these guys who sign with SEC teams think they are future "first day" picks.

Craig Loston deciding right now whether to announce or stay in school per twitter. ESPN thinks that he will announce because he has a small child.

Even though there were 12 rounds back then, there were four less teams, and no compensatory picks as we have now.
The 2012 draft had a total of 253 players selected.
In 1984, Texas had 14 of their 17 drafted in the first 243 picks - a smaller amount than the entire 2012 draft.
