Near La Fonda where Canton City used to be. Not sure if it's open yet. Anybody got any scoop on this place?

I saw they were doing Something with the joint but didn't know it was a bar. Wonder what kind of crowd?

I just found their Facebook page. Doesn't appear to be open yet, although there is a comment about a great opening. Confusing.

I'd say similar prices to Charlie G's but it looks more like a bar than a restaurant IMO.

In town and passed by there today...they had a private party, probably some sort of soft open...
Will try it sometime soon next time we are in town, sounds like a good place to wind down after too many margaritas at LaFonda...

Hey guys, thanks for the interest. My partners (jody ferguson & marc krampe) & I are opening Social southern table and bar. It will be a gastropub, chef driven food and drinks. We should be open in the next few weeks, just trying to wrap up training the staff and all our food and cocktail tastings. Hope y'all can come check us out.
