It is my sentiment and I have a few other coworkers who also share a love for guns but not to my extent. I would like to talk to my commander stateside, I know he is a huge gun enthusiast, and i'd be interested to hear the stance of an O-5 if that shite passed.

every cop that i have talked to is very pro gun and says that they will not die trying to confiscate guns. I couldn't believe the deputy that I heard speaking in CT after the recent gun buy back program. He was saying that he thought it was a good thing because the public would be safer because there would not be any guns in the homes for criminals to steal. All you have to do is look up the crime statistic for the US compared to the UK. There crime is practically double what the US is and they are disarmed.
