What is the problem... offensive play-calling or offensive player development?

Or both?

Is it the players who are not doing their job (which could be the coaches fault for not preparing them properly), which makes the play-calling look bad... Or is it the bad play-calling making it hard for the players?

Play calling has stunted the growth of our players the past 5 years. When the offense is never on the field they get no experience

This will get overlooked, but play design. See how often our WRs are open compared to other teams

No player development? So you know for a fact that La'el, Landry, Turner, Vadal haven't gotten better since high school?

You only see what's out there Yu don't knownshit how these players are developing. Vadal had a rough game but he was playing better and better through out the year.

I guess our WRs cutting down on drops and Matt starting to pass for more yards towards the end of the season isn't development.

Stupid stupid stupid

I keep hearing this.. But I still feel if you don't have the proper coaches' film, how are you seeing the real X's and O's that I'm unable to see. Of course you see a WR (Boone) burning a corner with a S not in position, but I'm talking about seeing each play, each route, etc..

STUD needs to get back to offensive line--maybe he can teach our guys to block #97 from clemson. Les, please hire a real OC for 2013!
