Personally I wouldn't mind Kragthotpe take over full OC duties if his health is ok. This was the plan from the start. Stud can stay as ol coach. If this doesn't work out like this then go get an OC somewhere else. Just my take

Krags to administrative duty, fire stud(or "let him find a new job"), hire new o-coordinator and new o-line coach

We don't need Ensminger, i think he was supposed be be a QB coach originally? Move Stud back to o-line and leave Krags as QB coach,
A te coach is just a waste, either have them work with the line, or the receivers. Our offense has not been good enough to justify wasting a position.

If Stud is fired, we must fire a second coach so that we can hire both an OC and OL coach. Ensminger or Krags will have to go.

You could combine the WR/TE coach position.
I believe the WR coach we have now was coaching TEs for the Raiders when he took the job so he obviously knows both.
