Best Games available on PSN?

What are some of the better games available on PSN for 30 dollars? I was wanting to get 2 games for 15 a piece (Tony Hawk and I Am Alive), but I have heard they probably aren't worth buying. I figured some of you fellas might be able to help me out.

I am not big into them, but I have played some RPG style games I think. I am open to any suggestion, use to just play sports game but I have really come to love open world games.

Heard the PC port is shite but don't know about the console version. I bought the PC version before I heard about it and so I tried it out and it seemed ok for the 30 or so minutes I played it.

Not that it matters, but I really enjoy Grand Turismo 5. Pretty sure that it can be picked up for less that $30

I have 30 dollars in PSN credit, thats the only reason I am asking strictly PSN.

PSN has some awesome awesome classic games on it.
I'd go Wii > PSN > Live as far as classics go.

Does anyone know if the God of War Collection on PSN is 1,2, and 3? And if so how much it cost? I loved the demos I played, but I just never got around to buying the games.
