With Democrats as a rule, with the Clinton's in general, and with the Obama administration specifically, it is always the right idea to suspect lying deceit as the back story for anything associated with politics.
I don't know the facts in person. I will interpret anything from the Obama admin, reported by the MSM, as abject bullshiite until the facts are plain to see.
What I think doesn't matter anyway - so why should I go against my experience in observing DEMs/Clintons/Obama over the years???
