The only one I've ever been to is THE Steak House at Circus Circus. It was good but surely there's better.

If it makes a difference, we won't be bringing jackets for dinner.

Should we just hit up Delmonico Steakhouse?

Cut at the Palazzo. One of the best steaks I've ever had. I highly recommend.

Each of the major casinos will have several to choose from, we have eaten at one down town at the 4 queens on a recommendation, and was our least favorite, at the Brazilian place at the mirage for a bachelor party which fit the occasion but would not go with the family, delminaco which was very nice, but our favorite was Cut in the Venetian (see he Kobe beef thread)

Each of the major casinos will have several, check out the websites and research them, you really can't go wrong

Nice jeans

I have to agree with you on this subject, I don't think I have ever had to ask what to wear somewhere, and I have never felt uncomfortable with what I was wearing. As stupid as I am, I guess I did learn a few things from my parents.

The day I have to ask someone what to wear is the day I have to ask someone what I had for breakfast.

There is literally an outstanding steakhouse on every corner in Las Vegas. Many are traditional type places with formal dining atmospheres where the patrons are quiet for the most part, but there are also places with lively atmospheres where patrons are not discouraged from being loud. Just look for one that fits the mood of your party.

Don't worry about a dress code in Las Vegas. They are used to dealing with high rollers who dress and act like bums with the same courtesies as those who dress for a formal night out.

I'm leaning towards 35 Steaks at the Hard Rock for this very reason. We're going to have fun damnit.

Cut at the Palazzo WAS awesome. The reality is, you have so many choices....any major hotel will have a legit steakhouse. In Vegas, shite is so competitive that a steakhouse MUST serve a good steak or it won't last.
