Searched and didn't see this discussed on the board.

Really enjoyed the flick even though it was a classic Denzel Washington flick. Extreme situation. He's a hard guy but he grows on you and he becomes not so bad in the end.

Thought it was a decent action movie. I give it 6/10. Worth a slow night rental.

I really like Denzel as an actor, but it would be nice to see him do something different. same ole Denzel in every single movie. nothing new.

I'd love to have seen Denzel vs De Niro in a film in their prime.

I'd love to see Denzel do a comedy. a legit and well written comedy of course. imagine someone like the Coen brothers working their magic with him?

Denzel and comedy don't belong in the same sentence. Maybe a dramedy. He's at his best when he's the bad guy (See: Training Day and American Gangster).

Im not sure if you're familiar with this movie...

But Denzel and Will Smith are supposed to do a remake (one day) of Uptown Saturday Night. Which featured Bill Cosby and Sidney Poitier"
