Are the recruiting stars inflated for Texas like the Turds?

Watching this game makes me wonder how in the world Texas has such a high ranking every year. I will bet the second team on the Tigers can play with Texas. Just doesn't seem like too much talent is being shown on the field.

No. Texas is stacked and always is stacked. It's the coaching/play calling thats been terrible lately.

Think it's more poor coaching not developing the talent. You can be the best high school prospect, but you have to improve in college. Brown is TERRIBLE!!!

No it's not, they do. So does USC. However signing top tier HS talent isn't going to make them top tier college players or win games.

Their talent evaluation has been poor since 2005 now.

Recruiting rankings are lame. Texas and USC both suck yet have an annual top 3 class. It turns out coaching matters too. That's why I just like to see lsu get a top 10 class for the coaches to coach.

I think it is proof that LSU is pulling from a much better talent pool. Louisiana looks to be better talent than Texas. This is why we have to keep the wall built. I know some will leave but we have the best players so we need to keep them coming to the Tigers!

Remember not all of LSU's major contributors are from Louisiana. There are other reasons Texas isn't playing well besides lack of talent. The state of Texas has plenty of talent which has been well documented over many years. LSU has had benefitted from recruiting in Texas over the years as well.
